Went to see Herman's Hermits with Peter Noone and A Ticket To Ride (Beatles Cover Group) at Warner Park in Woodland Hills for free.

The concert was excellent with all the hits from the past. He got the whole crowd singing "I'm Henery the Eighth I am, Henery the Eight I am I am" Sang some songs that were written by him and sold to other groups who then made a success of them. Impersonated of all people, Tom Jones and Johnny Cash with a very accurate vocal rendition of their classic songs.

He said he lived out towards Santa Barbara which was a surprise. Also mentioned he was born around there when I always consider him an english group. Maybe he was brought up in England but one never knows, excellent music and fun, never-the-less.

Then he signed autographs after the show for the fans. The group gave away a few dozen t-shirts and cds as well. Everyone was smiling and a good time was had!
The opening group was A Ticket To Ride who performed numerous Beatles renditions and were also very good. A great sixties night was had. Music started at six p.m. and by six thirty the evening started to cool down from the heat we have been having.
